It’s no secret that Danielle Staub was good reality TV, so it’s not surprising to hear that Teresa Giudice would bring her back to the show if she had the choice.
Teresa recently appeared on an episode of Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge’s Two T’s in a Pod podcast, where she was asked which former Real Housewives of New Jersey Housewife she would bring back to the show if she could.
The OG Bravo star surprisingly named Danielle Staub. Shocking, right?!
As for why Teresa would bring Danielle back to RHONJ, she explained that Danielle makes great reality TV.
“You know who I thought made amazing TV, and I keep saying it, even though I don’t know why she threw me under the bus since I kinda brought her back [on the show] – Danielle Staub,” Teresa confessed.
Danielle starred in the first two seasons of RHONJ. She left the show ahead of season 3 only to return as a friend of the Housewives for seasons eight through ten.
While Danielle and Teresa initially had a rocky relationship during the first two seasons of the show, they eventually made amends and became very close friends, so much so that Teresa was a bridesmaid in Danielle’s wedding to her now ex-husband Marty Caffrey.
Their friendship ultimately ended during season ten of RHONJ when Danielle revealed that Teresa encouraged her to pull Margaret Josephs’ ponytail. Teresa was pissed with Danielle over the accusation and chose to end her friendship with Danielle.
Since their friendship fallout, Danielle has made some wild claims about Teresa, including that she once lived in a trailer and that she stabbed her with a fork.
RHONJ will return for season 13 in early 2023.
