The *Vanderpump Rules* stars settled their divorce case, which was uncontested, last week but waited until Monday to officially file the paperwork. According to [Page Six](https://pagesix.com/2022/09/27/vanderpump-rules-katie-maloney-tom-schwartz-settle-divorce/), Katie requested the court waive spousal support *“forever”* for both her and Tom. The two also came to an agreement to split their joint assets. Back in July, the couple sold their Valley Villiage home for $2.45 million. Now all Tom and Katie need is for a judge to sign off on their divorce, and it will be official. Katie filed for divorce in March, a month after the pair publicly announced their split.
