Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have purchased a new home in Aspen, CO, that has a hefty price tag. ***AllAboutTRH*** saw a post on the [Bravo Housewives'](https://www.instagram.com/bravohousewives/) Instagram page about Kyle and Mauricio's alleged new home. After doing a lot of digging, we [located the property](https://www.aspenglenwoodmls.com/listings/CO/Aspen/81611/355-Silverlode-Drive/174627) then after doing more research; we confirmed Kyle and Mauricio did, in fact, purchase the property after locating a copy of the Deed of Trust online. *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* couple closed on a four-bedroom, six-bath home on July 27, 2022.  They purchased the 4,382 sqft home for $13, 600,000.00. According to [the listing](https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/355-Silverlode-Dr-Aspen-CO-81611/13999185_zpid/?), the property boasts dramatic views of Aspen Mountain views and is located only one mile away from downtown. The home *"features an open, light-filled floor plan with soaring ceilings and various terraces for outdoor entertaining. In addition to four en-suite bedrooms, there are two generous flex rooms on each level."* The property was being offered fully furnished. It's unclear if the reality TV couple purchased the home fully furnished. Check out the photos of the newly remodeled property. ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG_6194.jpg)Credit: ASPEN/GLENWOOD MLS ![Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Home](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG_6190.jpg)Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Home ![Purchase New $13M Aspen Home](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG_6191.jpg)Purchase New $13M Aspen Home ![Umansky Purchase](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/IMG_6192.jpg)Umansky Purchase Kyle and Mauricio's new vacation home was [previously sold in 2019 for $5.5M](https://aspenrealestate.com/real-estate/355-silverlode-drive-aspen-colorado-81611/154703433/).
