Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s 20-year-old daughter Ariana Biermann was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. TMZ was the first to report on Ariana’s arrest.
The former Don’t Be Tardy star was booked at the Forsyth County Jail after she and her boyfriend Hudson McLeroy were arrested at around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Ariana was charged with three misdemeanors: ” driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change, and underage possession/purchase of alcohol.”
She was later released on a $5,120 bond.
Her boyfriend was also charged with allegedly driving under the influence. He was also charged with “allegedly furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.”
Attorney Justin Spizman, who is representing Ariana, denied the charges in a statement to PEOPLE.
“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on the scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI. Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol,” Spizman said in a statement. “That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”
The night after Ariana’s arrest, the Biermann family was out and about in Atlanta having dinner celebrating the birthday of Kash Biermann, one of Kim and Kroy Biermann’s sons, who turns ten, on Monday, August 15.
Kim’s Snapchat also shows that Ariana was out with the family at dinner. On Sunday, Brielle Biermann shared a snap of her mom drinking wine at another birthday dinner for Kash.
