The drama in the Garden State is crazier than anyone could have imagined.
As we previously reported, Margaret Josephs is set to be exposed throughout season 13 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Marge’s childhood friend and former BFF Laura Marasca Jensen has reportedly plotted with Jennifer Aydin to expose the Macbeth Collection designer.
Recent reports have alluded that Laura has filmed for season 13 and may have even attended the recent cast trip to Dublin, Ireland.
However, a source revealed to AllAboutTRH that those claims are not valid.
“Laura hasn’t filmed anything for season 13, and she wasn’t on the cast trip,” a source revealed.
The source added: “She has been brought up during filming, but Marge has shut it down every time she is brought up.”
AllAboutTRH went to one of our trusted RHONJ insiders, who confirmed that the claims made by the source are true.
“That’s true. She didn’t film,” our RHONJ insider states, adding, “She’s talking.”
Our insider confirmed that Laura’s comments about Marge would air on the show during season 13.
“What she’s saying is making air,” our RHONJ insider noted.
Meanwhile, Laura responded to Margaret’s recent comments about their drama.
As reported, Margaret’s text messages were leaked on social media via Deux Moi.
In a group text message, Margaret slammed Laura as a “snake” and a “beast” after she learned her former BFF was trying to get on the show. Initally Marge tried for years to have production cast Laura on the show, but after “countless acts of betrayal,” she no longer wanted her former BFF involved.
“Happy Sunday, everyone I am so sorry to write this, but Laura Jensen, who is on this group text and I have brought into our group, has unfortunately attempted to insert herself in my employment and contacted and met with my cast mates Jennifer Aydin to [undermine] me,” Margaret wrote in the leaked text shared by Deux Moi on Instagram. “If you choose to associate with her, please do not include me. I know this is very Housewives of me, but we should all know when there is a snake in the group, I hope none of you revealed anything to this BEAST.”
Marge then messaged Deux Moi to clarify some things before urging the outlet to “put up the real truth.”
“Hi, I sent that text to a group with her on it. I’m upfront and have nothing with casting. Unfortunately, I pushed for her for two years; they didn’t want her, so she thought [to] try to be an enemy. Put up the real truth,” Margaret wrote.
Well, Laura has her thoughts on Marge’s version of events. Laura insists she never tried to come on RHONJ as an enemy of Marge.
AllAboutTRH can confirm that Laura did meet with Jennifer Aydin before filming for season 13 started.
“Let’s be honest, it was never my intention to come on as her enemy, but nice try there,” Laura wrote in response to Margaret’s claims she tried to get on the show to “undermine” her.
“I just figured after years of non-show-related shady shit that she pulled with our friendship, I thought it might be nice to do her castmates a favor and enlighten them about a few things after she tried to ruin their lives totally disregarding their children,” she explained.
Laura continued, “Our friendship did not end because of the show; that is just the lie that helps her rest her head on the pillow at night.”
