According to new court documents obtained by [The Sun](https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/5650440/rhom-lisa-hochstein-lenny-threatens-flees-mansion-kids/), the *Real Housewives of Miami* star alleged that her soon-to-be ex-husband is exhibiting *“volatile behavior”* towards her in front of their two children, Logan 6, and Elle, 2. Lisa claims Lenny has *“berated and threatened”* her around their kids forcing her to *“flee”* the family’s $52 million mansion located on Miami's elusive Star Island. The reality TV star is now *"requesting exclusive use and possession of the property."* Yet, Lenny's attorney, Richard Preira, tells [Page Six](https://pagesix.com/2022/06/27/lisa-hochstein-claims-ex-lenny-berates-threatens-her-in-front-of-kids/) that the Miami-based plastic surgeon has *“done everything in his power to protect the children by being private, not public, and by not being at all inflammatory.”* Adding that Lenny has “chosen” not to badmouth his ex for the *“sake of the children.”* As for Lisa, Lenny's attorney went on to slam her saying that she *“seems to crave attention, and so issues allegations that are inflammatory and the opposite of the truth.”* Season 4 of RHOM is currently streaming on NBC's Peacock app. ## Thoughts on this all?
