The *"magnificent modern estate"* is listed by Kyle Richards' husband, Mauricio Umansky, and her oldest daughter Farrah Brittany of *The Agency*. The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 4,206-square-foot Hollywood Hills home is on the market for $5.9 million. The property boasts *"panoramic city-to-ocean views with expansive terraces that span the width of the home."* If that weren't enough, the property includes an array of features, including marble, white porcelain tile, and custom wood paneling, along with automatic Fleetwood pocket doors for indoor-outdoor living. A modern kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks incredible vistas of the outdoor living space and Hollywood Hills. The master suite includes a soaking tub and a walk-in dressing room. The home also features a gym and home office. The gorgeous pool features a heated spa, patio, and BBQ kitchen and bar area.
