On Tuesday's episode of *Watch What Happens Live*, the *Real Housewives of New Jersey* star told Andy Cohen she's not planning to sign a prenup. *“No,”* Teresa replied when asked about her plans to sign a prenup by Andy. *“I mean, I don’t know.”* Teresa's daughter Gia, who was serving as the guest bartender, then asked the WWHL host why her mom would sign a prenup. *“Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup,”* Andy responded. *“Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup to protect what she has and to protect what he has?”* Gia then explained that her dad, Joe Giudice, made Teresa sign a prenup before tying the knot. *“I really didn’t like that,”* Gia shared. *“My dad really did make her sign a prenup before the wedding. … I don’t know.
