Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are saying goodbye to their former Bel Air home. *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* couple sold their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom Bel Air abode for $6.1 million. Initally the home was put on the market for $7 million in 2017; however, the reality TV couple dropped the asking price to $6.495 just before the holiday season. The amenities include a theater, pool, multipurpose sports court, putting green, and several gathering areas that boast an *“elegant traditional-style"* to make for the *“ultimate entertainer’s home.”* Check out photos of Kyle's previous home below! ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-02.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-04.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-06.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-07.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-10.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-14.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-16.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-20.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-21.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/kyle-richards-home-sells-22.jpeg)RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022. ## Thoughts on this all?
