According to the [New York Post](https://nypost.com/2021/12/01/teresa-giudices-house-offer-falls-through-2-25m-home-relists/?_ga=2.163159928.555941407.1638239576-338543891.1630379078), the sale on Teresa's Montville, NJ home fell through after 9 months under contract. *The Real Housewives of New Jersey* star accepted an offer on the home back in March 2021 but the mansion, which boasts six bedrooms, 5 ½-bathrooms, sat in escrow for longer than usual. The home was initially put on the market in September 2020 for $2.5 million. The reality TV star later slashed the asking price by $250,000 after no offers were made on the iconic Bravo home. Just before Thanksgiving 2021, Teresa put the home back on the market for $2,248,888. Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice purchased the property for $530,000 in 2002 and built a custom home on the land which was completed in 2008. The mansion sits on almost 4 acres of land and features over 10,000 sq feet of living space. The interior of the home features a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a cinderella staircase, a formal dining room, family room, wine cellar, and a two-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace, according to the listing. The master suite boasts a fireplace, a dressing area, three walk-in closets, and a bathroom suite made with onyx tile. The outside of the home is just as lavish and includes a covered patio, a lush landscaped backyard, and an in-ground pool. ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/teresa-giudice-nj-mansion-01.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/teresa-giudice-nj-mansion-09.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/teresa-giudice-nj-mansion-03.jpeg) ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/teresa-giudice-nj-mansion-07.jpeg) The *Real Housewives of New Jersey* will return to Bravo in February 2022. ## Thoughts on this news?
