Lala Kent spoke out about her split with Randall Emmett on Wednesday's episode of her podcast, [Give Them Lala](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-one-where-lala-gets-real-about-childbirth-and-pregnancy/id1494722390?i=1000541312228). *“I take it one minute at a time because a 7-month-old can’t sit around and wait for you to get over s–t,”* Lala said, noting that she's focusing solely on being a mom to daughter Ocean. *“You better keep your f–king head up and do your thing. So that’s what I do,”* she added. The *Vanderpump Rules* star admitted that she  *“never thought that my life would be where it is right now and that’s OK.”* *“You have to be grateful for every experience because what I’ve been through in my life, which people have been through much crazier and traumatic things than I have been through, those people inspire me, who deal with things with grace and they come out on top even with the hand they were dealt,”* she explained. Lala reportedly ended her three-year-long engagement to Randall after he allegedly cheated on her in Nashville. It just feels amazing,”* she noted before adding that she even has *“moments”* where she feels happy. She continued, *“If anyone doesn’t fit into your evolution and if your evolution involves you being happy or healthy and there are a lot of pluses to the changes you’ve made and people don’t fit into that anymore, not my issue, I’m  burning the bridge.”* Randall has yet to comment on the split. *Vanderpump Rules *airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. ## Thoughts on this all?
