Boss from hell? Bethenny Frankel may be a big shot but the hopefuls on her *The Big Shot With Bethenny* reality TV show aren't that impressed with the *Skinnygirl* mogul in fact they *"despise her."* *"All the contestants on her new HBO Max series are doing backflips to impress her, but it's never enough, and they secretly despise her,"* a source tells [In Touch](https://www.intouchweekly.com/). On the show, the up-and-coming business moguls are competing for a chance to be the second-in-command to the *Skinnygirl* founder. *"She's abrasive. One of the contestants, DJ Nicole Rose, left in tears and said Bethenny was either yelling at her every 30 minutes or making fun of her,"* adds the source. *"The show may be a showcase for Bethenny and Skinnygirl, but it doesn't make you like her.
