Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is addressing her exit from the *Real Housewives of Orange County*. Bravo did NOT ask the season 15 newbie back for a sophomore season. Fellow OC Housewives Kelly Dodd and Braunwyn Windham-Burke were also let go by the network. *"I would like to thank NBCUniversal and Evolution Media as well as all of the producers, film crew, staff & my manager @sirdavidweintraub for the opportunity to participate in season 15 of The Real Housewives of Orange County,"* Elizabeth wrote on Instagram.  She continued,* "COVID 2020 was a very unfortunate and tough year for all of us during filming, but we made it happen, and I’m very proud of what we accomplished as a team. Despite filming during COVID and not really getting to know all the ladies fully, this past year has been the most extraordinary, amazing, and beautiful experience of my life. I am so proud of the work we have done and the friendships we were able to build."* Elizabeth then thanked fans for their *"support and love"* and took the opportunity to plug her Vargas Vodka brand. *"To the Fans …I can never ever thank you enough for the outpouring of love, support, and the kindness you have shown to me. Thank you for a memorable season and helping me to launch my new Vargas Vodka in which a percentage of every bottle sold goes to help save the animals!"* she said. *"Please look for Vargas Vodka in your local liquor store and grocery stores or online at VargasVodka.com, wecarerescueranch.org @bravotv @bravoandy @tpkelly12 @evolutionusa @wecarerescueranch @vargasvodka,"* she added. ![](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screen-Shot-2021-06-16-at-9.31.01-AM.png) RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022. ## Thoughts on Elizabeth's statement?
