Dolores' long hair covered her chest as she donned nude-colored underwear that left little to the imagination. *"Tonight, the gloves are off. Dolores' daughter Gabrielle wrote, *“all my childhood nightmares of @nicklarson7 seeing you naked just came true.”* While Dolores' ex-husband Frank Catania commented, *“Put some f—ng clothes on @dolorescatania."* The RHONJ star previously admitted to [Page Six Style](https://pagesix.com/2021/05/27/rhonjs-dolores-catania-poses-topless-after-plastic-surgery/)that she probably does the most out of any Housewife to prepare for the reunion. This year Dolores went under nine hours of surgery ahead of the reunion. *“I got full plastic surgery, full-body lipo, a brand-new vagina,”* she quipped. *“I don’t know what that has to do with the reunion, but I figured while I was doing everything, [why not]!”* Last year she copped to having a tummy tuck.
