The former *Real Housewives of New Jersey* star talked about her former co-stars' various legal issues during an interview on [S’More Live Happy Hour](https://www.instagram.com/tv/CNs8MDiHhWL/) with S’More dating app founder Adam Cohen-Aslatei. In the interview, Danielle claimed she’s *“the only person on The Real Housewives of New Jersey that didn’t commit crimes in [her] adult life.”* While Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband Joe Giudice’s legal issues are no secret to any RHONJ fan, Danielle made some quite shocking claims about Teresa’s brother, Joe. When asked if Joe Gorga was involved in a Ponzi scheme, Danielle replied, *“100 percent. ”* She added that Gorga *“is working it, and he is trying to hide behind it, but I’m going to call him out and call him right to the table. It’s not right what he’s doing … he didn’t flip that house, he doesn’t do anything without other people doing the work, he just takes the credit for it — not paying people is part of their scam.”* Danielle also claims that Joe and Melissa’s marriage troubles portrayed on season 11 of RHONJ are* “real.”* Some fans feel that Joe and Melissa's marital woes are being exaggerated for a storyline; however, Danielle disagrees. *“Melissa and Joe having relationship problems. Is this real, or is this contrived?”* Cohen-Aslatei asks Danielle. *“Real,”* Danielle replied.
