The former *Real Housewives of Orange County* star recently appeared on [‘Realitea with Derek Z’](https://www.necn.com/realitea-with-derek-z/real-housewives-alum-tamra-judge-speaks-out-about-rhoslc-star-jen-shah/2440795/) and discussed the latest drama in the Bravoverse - including Jen Shah's arrest for fraud. Tamra questioned Jen's smarts for joining the *Real Housewives of Salt Lake City*, knowing she was doing *"illegal stuff."* *“If you are doing illegal stuff, you’re an idiot, and if you’re doing illegal stuff and you go on a reality show, you’re a special type of idiot,”* she said, *“Why go on reality TV if you’re doing criminal acts? You’re just asking for it.”* However, Tamra added, *“[I’d] like to say she’s innocent until proven guilty.”* Jen was arrested last Wednesday for running a massive telemarketing fraud scheme. The *Real Housewives of Salt Lake City* star pleaded not guilty in court on Friday, April 2. She has insisted that she's innocent and told RHOSLC fans not to believe the claims made against her. *"I am innocent of these charges. Please don't believe this. They are accusations. We will prove my innocence,"* Jen told one fan on Instagram via private message. She also revealed that she would continue to film for season 2 of RHOSLC.
