It's no secret that *Real Housewives* change up their looks significantly after they join the world of reality TV. Whether the Housewives indulge in Botox, [glam squads](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2021/01/16/rhoslc-season-1-reunion-looks-tell-us-which-look-is-your-favorite/), plastic surgery, lip fillers, or all of the above, their before and after photos can sometimes be mind-blowing. And this is exactly the case with [Jen Shah](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2020/12/24/jen-shah-responds-to-brandi-glanville-calling-her-and-lisa-barlow-the-2-fakest-bitches-on-rhoslc-says-brandi-isnt-even-on-housewives-and-needs-to-shut-up-sit-down/) of the [Real Housewives of Salt Lake City](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2021/01/06/rhoslc-stars-jen-shah-and-whitney-rose-are-feuding-whitney-hints-that-their-friendship-may-be-over-plus-talks-season-2/). It seems that before joining *Real Housewives*, Jen allegedly underwent some major surgery, or fillers, to change up her looks. It's unclear what work Jen has had done, but her before and after [photos don't lie](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2020/12/16/photos-rhoslcs-jen-shahs-glenwild-ski-chalet-is-on-the-market-for-3-9m-see-inside/). In fact, the photos are quite shocking. Don't get me wrong, Jen is a beautiful woman, but she was even more stunning before the changes to her looks, which not many Housewives can say. Check out these before and after photos of Jen! ## Before: ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Screen-Shot-2021-01-17-at-12.15.44-PM.png) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Screen-Shot-2021-01-17-at-12.14.48-PM.png) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Screen-Shot-2021-01-17-at-12.14.20-PM.png) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Screen-Shot-2021-01-17-at-12.13.05-PM.png)   ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/12282016-Utah-vs-IU-205.jpg) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/agdtjwhnxjb61.jpg) ## After: ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/NINTCHDBPICT000619860868-1.png) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/jen-shah-wwhl-hat.jpg) ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/intro-1601387503.jpg)*The Real Housewives of Salt Like City* airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo. ## Thoughts on Jen's before and after?
