Joe was also spotted cozying up to other women in a cabana on the beach. Joe later apologized after the photos of him surfaced online. *"I have learned about the bravery it takes to be in public eye and how videos or comments can be 'insensitive and stupid, and I'm deeply sorry for that,'"* Joe wrote on Instagram. *"Though I am on a family trip with my uncle and friends, girls were trying to dance with me at a hotel.
