Katie Reveals They’re Buying A House And Are In Escrow! Oh, baby! *Vanderpump Rules* stars Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz have a lot of big things happening in their lives. Katie and co-star, Stassi Schroeder, recently appeared on *Watch What Happens Live* with Andy Cohen. Katie revealed on WWHL that she is in the process of buying a home with husband Tom. Katie said they are in escrow. Not only that, but that babies are likely to be on the way soon! [Pump Rules](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2019/01/28/lala-kent-reveals-she-had-thousands-of-dollars-worth-of-stuff-stolen-from-her-car-in-front-of-her-home/) co-stars, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, recently bought a $2 million dollar home together. People want to know if Tom and Katie are going to buy a house now as well. Both of the Tom's are junior partners for the hot spot Tom Tom, which is owned by [Lisa Vanderpump](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2019/02/15/lisa-vanderpump-isnt-planning-on-watching-this-season-says-it-was-a-very-difficult-time-on-rhobh/) and Ken Todd. When asked if Katie and Tom were going to buy a house together, Katie revealed for the first time that they actually already are! Katie said, *"Yeah. We might be in escrow. I haven't told anyone. Until now."* She then added, *"Now we can have babies."* When asked who would probably have a baby first out of the group, Katie said,* "I want to say her"* and pointed towards Stassi. Katie added, *"Or Brittany, or me."* However; when she revealed for the first time that they're in escrow she mentioned that they can have babies now. There have also been rumors that Katie has already given Tom a [baby ultimatum](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2019/02/06/surving-up-a-baby-has-katie-maloney-schwartz-given-tom-schwartz-a-baby-ultimatum/). She gave him an engagement ultimatum on the show and they did end up getting married on *Pump Rules*. LVP even officiated the ceremony! It sounds like a baby bubba will be on the way soon! I'm loving this season of *Vanderpump Rules.* ## Thoughts on this all? Thoughts on Katie and Tom having a baby? Thoughts on the show?
