Teresa and [Joe Giudice](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2017/11/02/teresa-giudice-avoiding-husbands-calls-prison/)'s wedding day may be ancient history but it turns out one of their wedding photos is still causing quite the stir. Photographer Neil Clipper filed a lawsuit against *Wetpaint.com* for a story titled *"[Teresa Giudice](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2017/11/07/teresa-giudice-broke-afford-gias-upcoming-college-tuition/) May Skip Visiting Imprisoned Joe on Their Anniversary"* which included the below photo. ![](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Screen-Shot-2017-11-25-at-8.58.00-PM-1024x689.png) It turns out that said photo is the focus of Clipper's lawsuit against *Wetpaint*. According to [TMZ](https://www.tmz.com/2017/11/24/teresa-joe-giudice-wedding-photo-lawsuit/), Clipper claims that *Wetpaint* did not have permission to run the photo and wants $150,000 minimum.[Yikes.](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/2017/11/03/teresa-giudice-defends-comments-actress-sofia-vergara/) However, some claim that since Teresa paid for the service she should own the rights to the photo and that Clipper's lawsuit is nothing more than frivolous.
