During an appearance on WWHL with Andy Cohen, Vicki [discusses](https://www.people.com/article/why-vicki-gunvalson-brooks-ayers-broke-up-real-housewives-orange-county) what led to her breakup with Brooks. Surprisingly, or maybe not so Vicki blames outside forces for ending her relationship with Brooks. *"There was a lot of things. I just think that the conflict with Briana, and him and I and him being from the South, he really wanted to go back to the South, and I just think the stress of the show, and he's sick, and at the end of the day it just didn't work anymore."* Vicki claims she didn't see her and Brooks working out long term. *"Long-term, we were not gonna work. Short-term, it was amazing."* When asked if her RHOC co-stars have been there for her post-breakup Vicki shockingly says no.*"They're not there for me. That makes me realize that we're just TV friends I guess, I don't know."* Why do you think Brooks and Vicki really broke up? Do you think Vicki finally saw the light about all of Brooks' lies?
