And while Joe isn't happy to be going away, he is staying positive calling his sentence a chance to *"start over again"* and *"put everything behind you."* In a new [interview](https://www.eonline.com/news/705657/joe-giudice-reveals-what-he-s-most-scared-of-about-going-to-prison-once-teresa-is-released), Joe reveals that he's happy to be done with court and the legal system saying, *"No more of this court crap and all this other crap."* Joe admits that Teresa is doing well in prison and keeps a good attitude that helps.*"She keeps a positive attitude, and that's how you gotta be. New people coming in, people leaving, so you're always meeting people. Just because they're in there doesn't mean they're bad people."* Teresa has also been helping Joe prepare for his upcoming sentence by giving him tips and tricks about how prison underground economics work. *"They trade what they get in the commissary. So, let's say somebody does your hair, you give them a pretzel. Or nail polish remover, whatever you order from the commissary. But that's how they do things in there. There's no money exchange in there."* Are you surprised Joe is so positive about his upcoming prison sentence? Do you think Joe will fair well in prison?
