As [we reported](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/melissa-joe-gorgas-tenant-owes-80k-montville-home/) earlier this month, Kai Patterson, who has been renting the couple's Montville mansion, missed four months of payments. The rent was set at $20,000 per month! Melissa and Joe have been trying to evict Kai, but a judge recently ruled that Kai can stay in the mansion for 17 more days, provided he makes a $25,000 payment. Kai previously told TMZ that he only owes three months rent and claims he has documentation that shows the rent was supposed to be only $10,000. Sounds like a mess!
