Despite all that Joe has gone through, his driver's license fraud case is moving forward. Joe was accused of using his brother's identification to obtain a driver's license while his was suspended. The case was delayed because of his lawyer's schedule then because of the federal trial. Because Joe has made a plea deal regarding his federal bank and bankruptcy fraud case, state prosecutors are moving forward with a pretrial hearing set for July 14th.
