It all started when an old photo of Heather was posted along with a caption saying she had, had work done. The Real Housewives of Orange County star immediately denied the accusations on her Twitter account. Check out her response below [![photo 2](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-215-e1404105802418.png)](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-215-e1404105802418.png) [![photo 1](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-18.jpg)](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-18.jpg) [![photo 3](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-34-e1404105872867.png)](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-34-e1404105872867.png) When a fan called Heather out for even responding to that tweet, Heather had the following to say [![photo 4](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-43-e1404105913364.png)](https://allabouttrh.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/photo-43-e1404105913364.png) I think Heather would actually admit if she had a nose job.
