So why did Carlton congratulate Bethenny on such bad news? Well last week Ramona Singer stopped by Bethenny’s show and the two were playing a game. The game involved a question that asked which cast member would you throw off the show? Bethenny then laughed and said Carlton! Carlton was clearly very bitter and childish so she decided to insult Bethenny because she can’t handle the truth. Thoughts on Carlton’s reaction? Petty or typical?
