Sentencing looks like it may be coming sooner for both Teresa and Joe Giudice. Sources for ABC News are reporting that The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, are expected to plead GUILTY in New Jersey federal court on Tuesday. Check it OUT
Sources say,
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are expected to plead guilty in New Jersey federal court on Tuesday. Teresa Giudice is expected to plead guilty to four charges, including at least one count of fraud. She is potentially facing two years in prison, but the final decision on that will be made by the judge at sentencing.”
The plea deal will not keep Joe from being deported, and after conviction, US immigration officials get to decide whether or not they want to continue with sending him back to Italy.
This new is definitely shocking, considering Teresa’s lawyer, Henry Klingeman, said in a statement that Teresa planned to plead “Not Guilty.”
Henry Klingeman has declined to comment.
