In fact, The Real Housewives of New York star, recently spoke with [Star Magazine](https://www.starmagazine.com), and she had some interesting things to say about how honest she is, and what she thinks of Carole Radziwill. Aviva says, *"I may just be the most honest Housewife. There's nothing phony about me. With my castmates, I'm the most direct. I just tell the truth all the time."* On whether or not she thinks her and Carole can become friends again, Aviva shares, *"I do not. To her, the world is the Carole show.
