Michael works in financial services in New York. Since going public Michael has since been accused of rape while he was a student at Union College in Schenectady. According to court papers, the victim accused Michael and another fraternity brother of raping her at a fraternity house but Michael claimed all of it was consensual. Michael was then expelled from the school and he filed a lawsuit about it which lead things to be dragged for about two years until the settlement was reached and case was voluntarily dismissed.
Michael got pretty heated after these reports came out telling TMZ, “Claims were made to the school, which were false and unfounded and ultimately withdrawn.”
The victim never actually filed a police report and Michael had the opportunity to go back to the college but choose not too! I bet Bethenny isn’t enjoying all of this coming out about her new man. Do you think these two will last?
