Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak just gave birth to a set of twins just last week and is already looking back to her slim self! Kim went out for a walk with her husband Kroy BIermann this past weekend showing off her thin body only four days after giving birth.
Kim has tweeted about her twins thanking her two daughters for helping with the twins. Kim has also expressed how thankful and happy she is for her husband writing on Instagram, “My hubby makes time for each and everyone of the kids. I’m sooooo blessed to be married to my best friend and the most incredible daddy on the planet!”
Can’t believe a few years ago Kim was dating a married man and was a single mother of two. Now Kim seems happily married and has six children! Crazy how things can change! Doesn’t Kim look incredible?
