Joe Giudice is going to have one heck of a year being back and fourth at the court house! RHONJ star Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe Giudice AKA Juicy was back in March 2011 with using his brother’s identification to get his driver’s license after his own was suspended due to a DUI!
Juicy was in court yesterday and turned down several plea deal’s from prosecutors because according to NJ, “they wanted him to serve substantially more prison time than other alleged offenders, and claimed his celebrity played a role in the decision to go after his client.”
Joe will be back in court November for the forgery charges on November 19. Joe and his wife Teresa also are facing up to 39 counts of fraud charges that can make them go to jail for up to 50 years. They plead not guilty.
Regardless, it seems like Juicy will probably end up going behind bars for some sort of time when all this is finished. Do you think Juicy should have taken some of the plea deals?
