Johnny Karagiorgis Files A Civil Suit Against RHONJ Producers & Cast Members Jacqueline Laurita!

A judge dropped charges last month after Johnny “The Greek” Karagiorgis pursued legal action against Chris and Jacqueline Laurita and Joe Gorga. Unless you’ve been under a rock for the past few months, you know that Johnny was beat by Joe, Chris and Jac at the Posche 2 opening. The new lawsuit filed October 2 has seven defendants according to files obtained by Us Weekly, including: Chris Laurita, Jacqueline Laurita, Joe Gorga, Sirens (RHONJ production company), Bravo and Moxie Salon. “In the lawsuit, filed in Hackensack, N.J., on Oct. 2, Karagiorgis claims that Bravo producers conspired with the Housewives and their husbands to confront him in order to increase the show’s ratings,” reports the magazine. Johnny and Penny are seeking compensation for punitive damages and attorney fees on the basis that they “have suffered but are not limited to bruising, scarring, disfigurement, fractured bones, facial lacerations, mental anguish, psychological health problems, physical discomfort, pain and suffering, economic losses, and shame and embarrassment.” Do you think the Karagiorgis’s will have a more favorable outcome this time?

Johnny Karagiorgis claims that Bravo producers conspired with the Housewives and their husbands to confront him in order to increase the show’s ratings. He and his wife, Penny, are seeking compensation for punitive damages and attorney fees based on the physical and psychological harm they have suffered, including bruising, scarring, disfigurement, fractured bones, facial lacerations, mental anguish, psychological health problems, physical discomfort, pain and suffering, economic losses, and shame and embarrassment.

The likelihood of a more favorable outcome for the Karagiorgis’s in the new lawsuit cannot be determined at this point. The outcome will depend on various factors, including the evidence presented, legal arguments made, and the decision of the judge or jury.
