Teresa Giudice’s New Restaurant: Setting a Good Example for Daughters

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe were arraigned yesterday and had their trial date set after being indicted on several serious charges, but the mom of four is not slowing down just yet. After court, Teresa headed to Posche boutique where her friend Kim D hosted a book signing for her latest cookbook! Fans lined the block as they waited for Teresa to sign their books, and Teresa spoke to ET saying, “I’m not going to stop working.” In fact, the site reports that Teresa and Joe plan to open a restaurant in the near future. “It’s a good example to show to my daughters — that Mommy’s a business woman and hopefully they’ll follow in my footsteps,” Teresa explains. It’s great that Teresa is continuing life right now, but maybe getting into business dealings for a restaurant is not a good idea until she is exonerated? What if it goes the other way? It’s just too risky while she’s in this pickle! Do you think the Giudices should get working on opening a restaurant?
