The landlord filed the suit on July 30, alleging that Romain and Joanna were one month late on their $15,000 monthly rent for their new Miami Beach waterfront house. However, Gossip Extra reveals that the matter was solved within days.
The check materialized just days later, which begs the question: Are Joanna and Romain having financial problems or did they fail to give the landlord a check because of their bi-coastal lifestyle? I’m leaning towards the latter, to be honest.
