Heather Dubrow may be married to a plastic surgeon but she’s 98% real! The Real Housewives of Orange County star is clearly confident with her looks and shared a photo of herself before the make-up for the RHOC reunion earlier this week. (Side note: She did it herself for the show!)

Not sure how Heather resists plastic surgery when she can get it for free from her hubby. I would be all over that table. Do you think Heather needs anything done? She looks great to me and that’s after having had four kids growing in her body!
