NeNe Leakes is on Real Housewives of Atlanta but she still keeps up with her counterparts in New Jersey! During her one-on-one sit down with Andy Cohen, he asked NeNe what her take on the Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice feud was, and it looks like NeNe agrees with viewers that it has gone too far. In the end, however, it seems like she is on Team Teresa!
Andy asked NeNe what side she was on while watching RHONJ unfold, and she reveals, “It switched, you know. I was on Teresa’s side, then I went to Melissa’s side, then I didn’t like either one of them. I was like ‘okay now, wait a minute.’ It’s just gone too far.”
NeNe continued, “I do feel for Teresa, because it’s something about being the first one in. It’s just something about that. When you’re the first one in on one of these shows, and then somebody comes behind you, it’s sort of like ‘hold on you need to respect the veteran! I was here first! And you came over here and started trying to play on my territory, honey!'”
Ms. Leakes sides with Teresa from that perspective, and even says to Melissa, “Listen Melissa, you came on her [Teresa’s] show. You watched her on television and you wanted to be on the show like she was. So no, girl. Take a seat now. You’re not a veteran!”
NeNe could not be spot on about my feelings regarding Melissa. What about you? Agree with NeNe or disagree?!
