Definitely A LOT more work than I anticipated! I stumbled across this picture published in Star Magazine this month and I was shocked to say the least! Adrienne literally re-did her entire face and looks nothing like what she did at the age of 15! It looks like she had her eyes stretched out for a more feline look, a chin implant, definitely a nose reconstruction...and much more that I can't tell. It's also interesting that Adrienne never shared these pictures! All her "before she was a Housewife" photos on Bravo are with her new face, so Adrienne must not be happy that Star got a hold of this high school picture of her.
