RHOM star Alexia Echeverria’s son was recently put on blast when a video taping of him punching a homeless man posted online. Since the video release, the homeless man pressed charges and Peter’s hearing was this past Friday!
According to Miami CBSLocal, his attorney entered a written not guilty plea and the judge has since set another court date for later this month! The video was actually posted by Peter himself on his Facebook page before media sites got hold of it! The homeless man said that he’s happy with Peter’s arrest and that is what he wanted.
