Vicki's on and off again boyfriend Brooks Ayers was seen last night at Wine Works in Mission Viejo on a date..and it wasn't with Vicki! An insider who saw the couple tell me **EXCLUSIVELY,** *"Brooks was with a new woman who has typical OC fake boobs. She looked like she was starving herself!"* My insider continues,* "Brooks is just as obnoxious in person as he is on TV. He talks exactly the same but it's like watching a bad car accident-you don't want to look but you can not help it!"* Lastly, my insider reveals, *"They ate dinner and had wine for about an hour and he gave her a quick peck on the lips to say goodbye."* Looks like Brooks is over Vicki! How do you think Vicki is going to react?!
