Sources tell [TMZ](https://www.tmz.com) that Kim and Kroy rented the giant mansion and planned on buying it but changed their mind when an appraiser told her the $3-million list price was overvalued by a million bucks! Apparently when Kim said no, Kendra and her hubby got angry and has been publicly trashing Kim via twitter saying Kim was getting evicted! Kim says she **never** missed one rent payment and her landlord is just using Kim's name for her own 15-minutes of fame! So what will Kim do now? She's voluntarily moving out, paying whats left, and renting a different place while her and Kroy build their dream pad! Landlord is crazy to think she could get away with selling a house $1-million over! Do** you** believe Kim is "voluntarily" moving out?
