Clearly, Caroline is talking about the situation with Dina. Caroline and her sister Dina Manzo are no longer talking. Caroline has blamed Teresa and said she is the reason while Dina has denied it and has flat out said it has nothing to do with Teresa. Still, Caroline continues to hold Teresa responsible!
