Kim who is expecting her second boy in August tells Life & Style, "We'll save money since we already have all this boy stuff. Two boys and two girls; it's just a blessing -- perfect!" Kim adds that her daughters are so excited to have another brother! "We didn't care if it was a girl or a boy, we just want a healthy baby." Such exciting news.
