The **Mob Wives** star was spotted gossiping about Drita at a CVS! A fan saw Karen, heard what she was saying and immediately reported back to twitter! The fan wrote, "spotted* karen Gravano talking shit about @DritaDavanzo in CVS today..#NotSurprised #Hater" It's clear Karen might have a problem when it comes to Drita considering she just can't stop talking about her! Drita responded, "talking about me 24/7 crazy girl...lol I don't even think about her once during the day." The fan then added, "She had no make up on her busted face&was chirping away on the phone loud enough for all of cvs to hear #Trash #Jealous" Karen did what we all knew she would do and **denied** that she was at CVS saying, "I was not in CVS and your name is not in my mouth 24/7 do fatter yourself your not that important" I think what Karen meant to say was 'Don't flatter' but **clearly** had trouble with the spelling. Karen later deleted the tweet. Hmm..shady shady!
